Dr Terri-Lynne South is a General Practitioner and Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 30 years of clinical experience specialising in metabolic health and obesity care. As Director of Lifestyle Metabolic, a multidisciplinary Brisbane-based practice dedicated to obesity and cardiometabolic health, she brings both depth of expertise and a practical, patient-centred approach to her work.
Terri-Lynne serves as Chair of the RACGP Specific Interest Group in Obesity Management and holds advisory roles with several leading national organisations that advocate for people living with obesity, including The Obesity Collective, the National Association of Clinical Obesity Services, and Impact Obesity. Her clinical philosophy centres on the personalised, evidence-based use of obesity management medications within the context of long-term, multidisciplinary care.
