Simone Rehn
Dr Simone Rehn is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Technology Sydney investigating how eating patterns and unhealthy diets affect reward learning, motivation, neuroinflammation and the gut microbiome. She completed her PhD in Psychology at the University of Sydney (2023), where she conducted experimental research on the behavioural and physiological effects of binge eating in rodent models. Her work combines experimental studies, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses.
